Ruslan Ibragimov is opening his own consulting group under the unified IRS brand. Initially, the group will include two companies: the IRS Management Group consulting company and GR company IRS Advisory Group.

IRS Management Group focuses on transformation of legal and GR functions and adaptation of the corporate governance system under changing conditions. The company advises on organising internal communications during business reorganisation. A particular functional of the company will be development of human potential, the leadership qualities of the team and management.

The solutions IRS Management Group will offer businesses include diagnostics of the legal and GR functions and development of functional strategies and incentive systems, introduction of digital tools, organisation of the work of governance bodies and optimisation of the organisational structure. The company will also provide support on corporate governance changes in the interests of a new owner, help in transforming internal services, arrange liaisons with government bodies, draw up communications plans, and provide PR support as requested by a business. The company is prepared to render not only function transformation services but also turn-key management services.

IRS Advisory Group will focus on assisting in regulatory risk management and creation of business development opportunities, as well as acting for companies before government bodies and expert associations at all stages of collaboration.
